If you get the following error message on your Chromebox/Chrombook after you attempt to login "To unlock and restore your local data, please enter your old Chromebox password", do the following:
Click Forgot Your Old Password
Click Proceed Anyway
Note: This will not delete any of your data since it is store in Google and not on the local device.
