• Please note this can be a time consuming process for bulk users, as SchoolMessenger hasn't presented tools for bulk operations.
  • Performing these operations requires at least Super User privilege. If you cannot perform them, please contact your supervisor if you need access to escalate to BFCS IT


Thing(s) to note

  • The blocked users are systemwide, meaning when you unblock them, it will subscribe them to all campus notifications again that they have children enrolled at.

Step 1

  • Go to the Clever Home page
  • Login with your BFCS Account

Step 2

  • Click the SchoolMessenger (SSO) link
  • Click Login when it appears



Step 3

  • Go to: System > Blocked Lists
  • Select either:
    • Phone Calls / Text Messages
    • Email Addresses
  • Click Delete next to the records you want to remove from being unsubscribed. (See below for examples)
  • Once you click Delete, the cell phone or email will no longer be unblocked and will be able to receive messages again.
